How did this come to our attention?
Vov free Bible distribution program began focused on the need for Bibles for Refugees in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Nigeria, India Pakistan and Italy refugee camps.
The majority of refugees in these camps are Christians. Few churches in these refugee camps and settlements have access to more than a handful of Bibles.
The refugee population continues to grow in response to religious persecution, wars and violence in the region. The need for Bibles increases every year.
Goal: 85,000 Bibles in the major languages represented in these refugee contexts (e.g. English, Urdu, Thai, Mali, Hindi. Punjabi, French, Italian, Spanish Arabic.) etc.
Strategy: We are asking our churches to encourage people within their communities to gift a Bible to a refugee.
Opportunity: VOV will gift a Bible to a refugee household. This free Bible distribution program will strengthen their faith and your gift will let them know that they are not forgotten by the church at large.
Progress: 16,752 Total Bibles delivered as of 5/2019.
